​I usually dont write reviews but for this I need people to be aware of this! THEIR INSTRUCTORS AND THE DRIVING INSTITUTE JUST WANNA EAT UP YOUR MONEY!

1) I made it very clear that I know basic driving, so all I need is your instructors ensure my driving skills are up to the standards so that I can pass my test and get a license. I was/am very much confident that I do drive FINE. HOWEVER, they will degrade your confidence/gaslight you to the point that you will believe that YOU ARE NOT A GOOD DRIVER and you need to keep on taking classes- SO THAT THEY CAN KEEP ON MAKING MONEY!! The instructor manipulated me to the point that I ended up taking 7-8 individual classes! And yet, gave me ZERO confidence that I am set to PASS the test. They always give you negative comments.

2) The instructor was very impatient and passive aggressive in all my classes! Made me think that I am no good and I ONLY NEED TO FOLLOW (OR SHALL I SAY OBEY) WHAT HE INSTRUCTS ME! And in his words “if you dont follow what i teach you, you will surely fail your test. So when I say, listen to my words and follow, You better should.” I have some humility thus I dont wanna give out his name publicly. He GIVES WAYYY TOOO MANY Instructions which will distract you to the point that you WILL make a mistake and he will drag you down saying- this is why we say you will need to take more classes until you and I we both feel confident enough to give a test. Even if I was doing things right, he would give some remarks on it and gaslight you. He is SO LOUD!

3) it was not only me who faced the same issue, but my cousin as well. So please make an informed decision before you book your classes here, people. 🫤

Edit : I had rewrite the review after the instructor refused to provide resolution Ofcourse I had to change it after you deleted it the first time it’s frustrating when you can even leave an honest review

Thank you for your feedback. However, we take this review very seriously as it does not align with any known student records or experience we’ve had. We strive to provide professional, timely, and supportive instruction to all our students. If you believe this review was posted in error or if you were genuinely dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can address your concerns appropriately. You claim that you had many classes with our instructor which you did not like from first class. So, a normal person usually stop the things which makes him unhappy after first or mostly second try, but for some reasons you claim that you wanted continue your classes .
You simply can post any screen shot from your payment or text between you and our instructor. As soon as , you prove that you acutuly had any class then we will refund double for all your payments. Also you can email at Safedrivingschool2013@gmail.com or call us at 416 901 8700. Orherwise , there is no furture action is required

  2. You claim you were referred to us by a family member—or that you referred us to one—despite describing the experience as highly negative. This raises a fair question: why would you or your family recommend a service you allege was unsatisfactory?

  3. You mention that multiple lessons “killed your confidence,” despite stating that you were already a competent driver. Typically, clients who are unhappy with the quality of instruction discontinue lessons early on. We have no record of such feedback from a current or past student matching your description.

  4. Lastly, your first review claimed the instructor gave unclear instructions, while your revised review criticizes him for giving too many instructions. These conflicting complaints make it difficult for us to take the feedback as genuine.

If you truly were a student of ours, we welcome you to provide a receipt or any form of proof. We stand behind our service and, if your claim is valid, we are happy to offer a full refund—double the amount paid.

Dear Wenger,

It appears that once Google flagged and removed your second review, you made significant efforts to revise your feedback and justify previous comments. You are now claiming to have taken classes with our school, and that dissatisfaction with the instructor led you to leave a negative review for first review.

Now you have mentioned , after your first review was removed, you reportedly reached out to the instructor again and may have taken more classes. However, you claim the instructor refused to teach you properly or offer a resolution. This led to a second review with an entirely different complaint, which was also flagged and removed by Google. Now, you've slightly revised the same review, adjusted the wording, and changed the rating from 1 star to 2 stars in what appears to be another attempt to bypass Google's content policies.

If you were truly a student at our school, we invite you to provide proof of enrollment or payment. All of our transactions are conducted online, and you're welcome to upload a screenshot of any relevant email to your Google review or send it directly to us at Safedrivingschool2013@gmail.com.
